A senior healthcare executive who directs organizational mission across multiple settings while leading formation programming for 500+ colleagues and serving on the executive leadership team. Key accomplishments include implementing colleague engagement initiatives that increased well-being scores by 2.74% and reduced burnout by 2.42%, while achieving a record 69% survey response rate. Manages regional Volunteer Services, collaborates with Philanthropy on fundraising events, and ensures alignment between Spiritual Care services and the organization's Catholic identity. Serves as Executive Sponsor for several committees including Ethics, DEI, and Quality and Safety, while contributing to system-wide workgroups that develop tailored leadership experiences across Trinity Health.

An experienced educator who taught Morality, Ethics, Spirituality, and Scripture while developing curriculum that integrated mission and identity into classroom teaching. Collaborated with Campus Ministry on retreats, service placements, liturgies, inter-faith services, and immersion experiences. Served as a key note speaker addressing diversity and inclusion while participating on the Accreditation Sponsorship Review Committee for Spiritual Formation. Led the varsity tennis program to unprecedented success, winning two consecutive conference championships and setting new program records.

An outreach program director who oversaw comprehensive community services including a Sunday meal program serving over 300 daily meals, bi-weekly food pantry, monthly clothing closet, and Metro Card grant program. This leader maintained critical relationships with donation vendors and corporate sponsors while managing 100+ volunteers and fostering network connections throughout NYC and beyond. Effectively communicated program successes to the executive director and media team, ensuring thorough documentation of results. Demonstrated accountability by sharing outcomes with board members and all invested stakeholders to maintain program support and transparency.
