a bit about me:
Stephanie Boccuzzi is a Bucks County, Pennsylvania native currently residing in Connecticut. As an alumna of the University of Scranton, she studied International Business and Spanish, with a concentration in Latin American Studies. Following graduation, she joined The Center for Working Families, an organization based in Quito, Ecuador.
Stephanie completed her Master of Divinity at the Jesuit School of Theology of Santa Clara University in Berkeley, California. During her time there, she served as a chaplain to the unhoused community in San Francisco with The Gubbio Project and was a Program Assistant at the Instituto Hispano, of Santa Clara University.
Stephanie currently works at Trinity Health as Mission Leader to Saint Mary's Hospital in Waterbury, CT and the Senior Living Communities throughout Trinity Health of New England.
She is passionate about cultivating a culture of well-being and resiliency within the workplace and partnering with human resources, talent acquisition, OE/OD and others to develop new approaches to colleague care. She is proven effective in increasing colleague engagement through survey tools, leadership coaching, and programming that is reflective of colleague's input. She also works alongside clinical partners to ensure the best patient experience.
Previously, Stephanie taught Scripture and Ethics at Xavier High School in Manhattan and was the varsity tennis coach for two winning seasons.
In her free time, she loves adventuring with family and friends in the Pocono Mountains at her listed rental property The Treehouse Escape designed for rest, relaxation, and community!
