Stephanie Boccuzzi

Leadership begins with a deep awareness of self, and transformation follows.

As an alumna of the University of Scranton, I studied International Business and Spanish, with a concentration in Latin American Studies. Following graduation, I joined The Center for Working Families, an organization based in Quito, Ecuador. I completed my Master of Divinity at the Jesuit School of Theology of Santa Clara University in Berkeley, California. During my time there, I served as a spiritual companion to the unhoused community in San Francisco with The Gubbio Project and I was a Program Assistant at the Instituto Hispano, of Santa Clara University. I also lived in an intentional community with a fellow graduate students, in which we committed to practices of living simply, sustainability, and prayer and reflection.

​I joined Trinity Health as an Executive Mission Leader to Saint Mary's Hospital in Waterbury, CT and the Senior Living Communities throughout Trinity Health of New England where my love of accompanying leaders was born. Most recently, I completed the Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University and I am also a Positive Intelligence Coach.

The sudden onset of Myasthenia Gravis and ME/CFS several years ago completely changed my life and caused me to become disabled. I remain open to continuing writing, advocating for chronic illness, and connecting with others who encounter life-changing health events. Finding a supportive community is everything - so consider me on your team!

In my free time, you can find me:

- Exploring with my nieces and nephews
- Watching a lot of tennis
- Enjoying small town living in Bucks County
- Dabbling in watercolor painting​
